We charge a $77 inc GST service fee plus labour, billed at $130 inc GST per hour with a one hour minimum. That makes the first hour $207 inc GST total, which covers the full on-site diagnostic check.
We arrive on site, inspect the equipment and test electrical and refrigeration circuits to pinpoint the exact fault.
Written price
Once diagnosed, you receive a clear written price detailing parts and labour before any work begins. We do not carry out repairs without your approval and never charge open-ended hourly rates.
